“After facilitating planning sessions for over 30 years and applying lessons learned to my own businesses it is apparent that success is all about the Better Benefit goals you deliver. (delivering better need satisfaction for the stakeholders you serve). Better Benefits are our reason for buying anything, attract attention in the age of information overload, drive motivation and investment and define the value of each step in a process. Increasingly, they guide technology application and help avoid workplace disruption in this new economy. They are the language of the Innovation Age. What are your Better Benefits?” Jim Bottomley

I think it is safe to say that very few of our delegates would have considered applying trend analysis to developing their business plans – but they will now. We also appreciated the effort you put into researching our industry. It paid great dividends in the relevance it added to your presentation.

I wanted to take a few minutes to send you a short letter to let you know how impressed our delegates were with Jim Bottomley at our recent conference. Almost three out of every four people who took in his presentation on leadership rated it either Excellent or Very Good. Jim was a pro to work with from the time we booked him at the start of the year until the minute he left Jasper. He was in the room more than an hour before his presentation, and that commitment showed in both his delivery and high marks he received from our delegates.
–Alberta Home Builders Association
